About us

Co-founded by Chefs Tanabe and his son in 2011, we are a family run business, and we love to see our customers enjoying our traditional cuisine and local food from our home town in Japan.

Our concept is simple.
To deliver quality food to our customers, every single visit.
The chefs will not compromise in order to maintain quality to ensure that our customers enjoy their favourite dish every time.

One of the many important things we do is to pick out fresh ingredients. Rather than using deliveries, we attend markets each day, choose each and every little ingredients to bring the very best cuisine. Furthermore, we cook everything to order, so we promise that our food is fresh all the time.

​Although this seem like a natural thing for a restaurant, many don't do this lately and we think this is very important.

We always keep these very basic spirit at heart and work hard,

hoping to bring smiles to those who taste our food.
